Ok guys, i've gathered all the items ids and the items images (without a text on them) from some websites i don't remember because i gathered them 2 days ago, Here:

Item's ids:
Head (Helmet of Shadows): 1271
Face (Midnight Mask): 2033
Body (Nightfall Coat): 4380
Feet (Shade Sandals): 6077

However, You can't get these items yet, I'm not sure if it's patched or bait, but i'm sure it's not available to get, Only Happy77 got the suit and some people saw Happy77 waddling around while wearing the suit and they were amazed when they saw Happy77 wearing that mystery suit, But you can still wear the shadow suit if a CPPS owner added the items swf and the ids to his/her CPPS then you will be able to wear it in a CPPS

About the dance, I'm not sure if it's real but i think it will be like this:

I think that after mastering all the 3 elements (Fire, Water and Snow), Sensei will tell you to click on the cloud that is above the ninja hideout, you can see the cloud when you are on ninja courtyard, Then you will be taken into the cloud and inside the cloud you will learn how to master the element of Shadow, This is my theory, now here is where is the place of the shadow element gem:
