The first thing to do is to login. If you are a member, you can collect two gifts, and if you are a non-member you could only collect one.
Non-Members and Members can collect a Holiday Teddy, and Members can collect an Ornament Chair.
In several of the rooms, you can find present icons on the bottom right. These represent catalogs, and non-members, can once again buy clothing. The first time Non-Members could do this was during the MARVEL Superhero Takeover. Nonmembers, look for the Purple Gift icons!

Next, go to Ski Village>Ski Lodge>Attic
Once you are on Santa’s Sleigh, press the green Fly button.
After that, press the red button to deliver presents. Drop off 15 and you’ll get a yellow lightbulb!
Have you ever seen those reindeer puffles going around Club Penguin? How about those Frost Bite people? A toy car? Well, transforming is extremely easy. Go inside the Bakery in the Snow Forts, then click on the cookies jar:
Then a menu will pop up asking you what cookie you’d like to eat. Pick a cookie.
After that, pick which cause you’d like to donate to.
